Friday 5 for March 26: Sleep

Time for my favorite meme! 😀 And it’s a theme I love too, haha.

  1. How many hours’ sleep do you need in order to be at your best, and what’s the minimum you can get on a regular basis and still be functional?  – I need at least 10, I think. But the minimum is around 5 hours. Anything less than that, I’d be a zombie all day.
  2. What’s your favorite sleeping position? – On my back. I have back problems, and if I sleep on my side, I would wake up with neck and back pains.
  3. What was the cause of your most recent difficulty sleeping? – Playing Mario Kart on my DS 😀
  4. When you can’t seem to drift off to sleep right away, what are some things you do to bring about sleep? – Re-read old magazines. But honestly, I don’t have a hard time sleeping. I usually doze off as soon as my head hits the pillow — wet hair and all. I have a hard time waking up, that’s for sure.
  5. When did you last doze off at an inappropriate time or in an inappropriate place?  – My boyfriend and I were attending the anticipated mass at that church in Greenhills, and I slept through the entire homily. Not sure if anyone saw me. 😀
